A farmhouse look for your home can be different from the look of your neighbor’s farmhouse home. Farmhouse decor is described as comfortable and lived in and modern farmhouse style is streamlined with modern touches. My cottage in the city is a farmhouse with a pink, blue, green and white color scheme. I love a vintage look but the most important thing is that it is warm, inviting and not too delicate! So let’s get to those farmhouse Easter decor ideas!

This table in my dining room is set with a pastel color palette, rustic décor, sweet vintage pieces and vintage inspired flash cards from Twigs and Fluff.
I started by covering the dining table with a white tablecloth. Using the 1-2-3 Formula to A Beautiful Table’s centerpiece formula I bunched (that’s a technical decorating term for scrunching) up a lace tablecloth on top. On this I placed a farm fresh box filled with brown paper shreds to act as a “nest”. A chicken is set on top of five of the compartments. On the last compartment two vintage inspired flash cards from the Farmhouse Love set are displayed in a flower frog. The silver cabbage leaf bowl is filled with pastel eggs. More Easter eggs are set in egg cups throughout the centerpiece.

The Best Farmhouse Easter Decorating Ideas For An Easter Tiered Tray
A great way to add Spring touches to a tiered tray are
- Ceramic lambs to remind us what the reason for the season is, of what the spirit of the holiday is. The vintage lamb planter was found on our trip to Oklahoma and is one my favorite holiday pieces.
- A shelf sitter or smallish Easter sign is the perfect size to tuck into your tiered tray. I created one from a dollar tree sign – it’s a great tutorial to customize for any holiday decor.
- Holiday themed mugs or tea cups can be found in thrift stores in abundance! I chose two Peter Rabbit mugs for my display.
- Egg cups and a button box with shredded paper create nests for pastel eggs.
- I added faux flowers and sweet, petite aged terra cotta pots to my tiered tray. The terra cotta pots are DIY decorations and you can find the tutorial here.
- The old pick up stick toys were placed on the tiered tray for their bright pop of color.
The Best Farmhouse Easter Decorating Ideas For An Easter Coffee Table
In our living room I created cute Easter decor on my coffee table in a long dough bowl. This wooden box centerpiece of bright yellow flowers, fluffy spring stems of cotton, small nests with adorable tiny eggs and vintage glass insulators was such an easy DIY farmhouse project! The steps can be found here to make your own.
The Best Farmhouse Easter Decorating Ideas For An Easter Mantel
This is a beautiful Easter mantel for Springtime with simple ideas you can use for all different styles of home decor. Easter eggs, spring flowers and Easter bunnies make this a spring mantel that you can enjoy not only for Easter Sunday but the entire season.
In this grouping I placed a white pitcher filled with artificial flowers (or use fresh flowers!), candle holders, a cake stand, and embroidery hoops with moss bunnies.
For this vignette I added this beautiful plate that was a gift from my friend and a small green Easter bunny I found at The Rusty Chandelier in Laurel, Mississippi when my dad and I drove down from Tennessee.
On one side of the hearth the vignette is full of flowers, eggs, and spring colors. Hobby Lobby has had these white bunnies for the past couple of years for Easter decor and I love mine. I set her on a tin cake stand with a pink vintage butter pat, small distressed terra cotta pots, and pink and white flowers.
On the other corner of the hearth a display is set up on another riser, find out how I repurposed a thrift store find to make it. This vignette includes a wooden bunny, fabric carrots, a ceramic easter basket and wooden compote of eggs. For a finishing touch I created a vase of flowers with yellow wooden sound toys tucked in and included a vintage Spring flash card.
